Our Triathlon Disciplines

Swimming
Swimming is the first stage of a triathlon and focuses on sustained swimming over longer distances, often in open water. It requires not only strong technique and endurance but also skills such as sighting, pacing, and conserving energy for the bike and run stages.
Our pool-based sessions help athletes refine stroke efficiency, breathing control, and overall stamina, providing a structured environment to build the foundations needed for successful open-water swimming.
Cycling
Cycling is the second stage of a triathlon and usually the longest in distance. It demands a balance of power, endurance, and pacing to ensure athletes conserve enough energy for the run that follows. Training focuses on bike handling, maintaining consistent speed, climbing and descending efficiently, and developing strategies for nutrition and hydration during the ride.
We offer both outdoor rides and indoor sessions, giving athletes the chance to build strength, refine technique, and practice triathlon-specific skills such as transitioning smoothly from swim to bike in a variety of training environments.

Running
Running is the final stage of a triathlon and often the most mentally and physically demanding, as it follows the swim and cycle. Success depends on efficient pacing, strong endurance, and the ability to adapt tired legs to running form quickly after cycling. Training focuses on building aerobic capacity, improving running technique, and developing strategies for maintaining rhythm and energy late in the race.
Our sessions support athletes in strengthening their run performance while practicing key triathlon skills such as smooth bike-to-run transitions (brick sessions).
Open Water Swimming
Open water swimming is a key skill for triathletes, as most races take place in lakes, rivers, or the sea rather than in pools. Unlike lane swimming, it requires adapting to changing conditions such as currents, waves, and varying visibility. Training focuses on sighting to stay on course, drafting to conserve energy, managing race-day nerves, and practicing mass starts with other swimmers.
Our open water sessions build confidence and familiarity with these environments, helping athletes translate pool skills into strong, efficient performance on race day.
